Our full staging services make a strong first impression. They include all the main areas: entrance, kitchen, lounge, dining room and bathroom and then allow you to add extra rooms into the mix. We can turn an unoccupied, unwelcoming space into a homey haven.
We offer free one-on-one consultations so you know exactly what to expect before we start. One of our stylists will meet with you, tape measure and camera in hand, to assess your house and decide on the most suitable aesthetic. They will then create a personalised staging plan for your space and send you a detailed quote. The Staging Room does not believe in hidden fees; we are straight up with you from the start.
If your home is lived-in and furnished but needs a few valuable style improvements creating that perfect mix of unique and appealing, then this plan is perfect for you. Your house should feel like a home but be depersonalised enough that buyers can picture their own lives there. It is a balancing act, but we are here to help.
Partial staging is an affordable investment that puts your property on a pedestal. One of our friendly house stagers can meet with you to evaluate what you have and where there is room for improvement. The focus will be on creating a cohesive look and feel using quality furniture. The Staging Room’s Open Plan allows you to hire exactly what you need to impress potential buyers.

Our team will be there to do all the heavy lifting when the sold sign goes up, packing up our furniture and furnishings.
Prices include GST and furniture hire for 6 weeks. Furniture can usually be hired after the six-week term until the house is sold, charged on a weekly basis.
